My name is Iris de Boer, 28 years old and owner of Camperplaats en Jachthaven de Appelhof since February 2022. In April 2022, we started the realisation of the camper pitches. The existing marina was also completely renovated in February 2023. I grew up in Wommels and am proud of this vital village centre. How nice it is that I can now contribute to maintaining its liveability.
With our self-designed camper van, I enjoy going out myself. The feeling of freedom, flexibility and exploring new surroundings is something I am sure you can identify with. How cool is it that I can now offer you such a wonderful recreation spot myself?
‘’De Appelhof‘’ offers peace, space and quality in green surroundings in a unique waterfront location. Experience the convenience of our (village) facilities, get out and about by bike, on foot or cast your fishing rod and come and enjoy yourself with us!
The Appelhof
The name “de Appelhof” goes back to the origins of the plot and the marina. What was an orchard in 1931 and was characterized by the apple tree.
Corinne has been my colleague since March 2024, she is a great person, enthusiastic and provides a warm welcome, a chat and is also full of ideas! In this way we hope to ensure an optimal stay together. Experience this yourself, we look forward to your arrival.
In addition, my friend Anne gives me an enormous drive to lead the way and pursue ambitious ideas. He is also a jack of all trades, helps me with odd jobs, maintenance and built the tiny house boat!
